Three Oceans Chief Executive Tim Rose is at the forefront of our procurement process and his personal knowledge in this field is highly regarded within the industry. He has spent many years learning about individual species, their habits, and seasonality.
A testament to this fact is that Tim is one of only 250 members of the Groundfish Forum, which serves as a meeting place for leading members of the global groundfish industry.
The fundamental purpose of the Forum is to increase understanding among participants in the groundfish industry about global supply and consumption trends and developments for groundfish products.
